Twilight Booking was formed in the Fall of 2007 when Aaron Dalbec (guitarist for Bane and Only Crime) and Ryan O'Connor (vocalist for Outbreak, co-owner of Think Fast! Records) agreed that the independent music community they grew up in, was in need of a booking agency who was on the same wave length as the bands they work with.

Co-owner Ryan O'Connor says "Aaron and I have both been in bands for years, so we know first-hand what it's like to be out on the road and relying on a responsible booking agent. I think the fact that we've both been in touring bands really puts us at a different level than your booking agent that doesn't have any prior touring experience."

With an active roster consisting of everyone from well established hardcore acts like Have Heart, to the up and coming punk sounds of Hour of the Wolf, Twilight Booking has a diverse roster, but things don't venture too far out of punk rock. But don't let that fool you into thinking Twilight is only interested in one particular style. Co-owner Aaron Dalbec adds "We book bands who we like. Some bands can be more easily labeled 'punk' and some can more easily be labeled 'hardcore', but we're definitely not afraid to venture out of this formula and try something new. As long as it's something that one of us is personally into, it's never out of the question."

Not only have Dalbec and O'Connor paid their dues by putting in countless miles on the road, but both have always remained actively involved in the independent music community through other means. From running record labels, and putting on shows, this is a scene that they are no stranger to. Ryan O'Connor notes "Booking bands has always been something that's interested me. I started out booking my own band, and learned everything in a very hands on approach. As anyone who tries to shop their new band to promoters will tell you, it can be very thankless work, but I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. As I started to get the hang of things, I kept thinking to myself 'I could do this for other bands' but the thought never materialized. After a while, my band was offered a deal with a booking agency. The agency eventually capsized, so I thought to myself, I might as well just take care of the booking again myself. It seemed like a perfect time to start up a legitimate booking agency. I knew of plenty of friends band's who didn't have agents and who could certainly use a hand organizing their tours, so that's where the idea of Twilight came about. When I found out Aaron was on a similar mission, it only made sense to combine our efforts and make something great out of it."

The duo of Dalbec and O'Connor are not alone. Aaron's wife, Clare Dalbec, is also along for the ride, offering assistant duties and extreme organization. Aaron states "Clare is going to be the glue that keeps Twilight together. It's going to be nice to have someone on board who is so organized, not to mention someone who can hold things down while I'm out on the road. It's definitely going to make things less stressful."

Twilight Booking's first tours are scheduled to launch in December of 2007 and things are expected to pick up quickly into the new year.
